On April 14, 2022 I ended my time as a program director with Apartment Life after nearly a year of managing teams that have creating community in apartment communities all over Central Texas. This organization provided me an amazing opportunity in a season when I needed to learn some amazing skills and meet some amazing people.
I want to thank my management team – Keith Burris, Amy Franklin, Kim Reese, and Grace Gann. I also want to thank the CEO Pete Kelly and the Chief People Officer Ryan Williams. Each of these leaders believed in me and gave me space to grow as a leader. Finally, I want to thank my program director comrades Spencer Blanden and Stephanie Thomsen for letting me be me and working alongside a quirky leader who’s a little passionate about people
In this next season, I’m grateful to be pursuing my passions of speaking, writing, coaching, and producing. Be on the lookout for courses, books, music, movies, mini-series, stage plays and more. III Coaching is expanding and seeking to fulfill the purpose of informing, instructing, and inspiring people to fulfill their purpose.
I’m grateful to be partnering as a Micro-business Development Consultant / Instructor with BiGAustin under the leadership of the incomparable Stacy Rhone. If you know, you know. I’m also working with a number of nonprofits on capacity building and board development.
In addition, writing includes completing and publishing Prioritize for Your Purpose Student Edition and Faith Editions in May. We’re planning The Retreat for friends and family in July to help folks connect after a 2-year pandemic and working on a retreat for high school students in the fall.
